Some of our best memories with your soccer players are during our winter seasons. We celebrate the holidays together with special lesson plans, dance in the rain, and score lots of goals! That being said, it is an outdoor activity with certain limitations due to inclement winter weather. Please read on for an overview of our winter season policies: We have structured our season to be 8 weeks long with an extra 2 weeks built in to account for possible weather cancellations. Families will pay for 8 weeks only. Should classes be canceled due to city-mandated field closures or unsafe playing conditions beyond our allotted 2 week buffer, we cannot offer credits or partial refunds. We do our best to accurately assess the situation with the information that we have when it comes to canceling sessions. Our goal is always to notify families via email at least 1 hour in advance if a session must be canceled. However, if conditions change while on the field, we may have to make decisions in the moment and will notify families as soon as possible. We keep sessions running through light enough rain (misting/sprinkling) and advise parents to dress children appropriately for the winter weather (rain suits/boots, jackets, hats).
